Woodlands Foundation

Over the last ten years the Foundation has raised over $300,000 through the running of its annual Foundation Golf Days, donations, bequests and earnings from its investments.

In its pursuit of its objectives to support the Club, The Foundation has contributed $300,000 to major projects such as the Centenary Hole, (the nineteenth hole) and the tenth, seventh, first, ninth and sixth green replacements. It has also contributed to smaller items such as the new bunker rakes. It funded the production of The Story of Woodlands Golf Club which was launched in 2016. 

The main revenue generator for the Foundation is the annual Epsom Golf Day held in March every year. This event has been held 6 times and has raised over $200,000 with 50% of the total revenue raised going towards the National Jockeys Trust.

Current investments stand at nearly $300,000 which is a great result for the Foundation’s first decade of operation.
