Set amongst landscaped gardens, manicured greens, and fairways, the clubhouse provides the perfect balance of elegance and prestige. Woodlands is a gorgeous wedding venue — Melbourne photographers love it for good reason.
On a fine day, refreshments and canapés can be served on the Terrace, or guests can congregate in the Main Foyer to enjoy the beauty of the gardens or a sunset over the 18th Green. A portable dance floor can be positioned to best suit your seating plan.

Director of Golf Michael Robb and Head Teaching Professional Steve Horstmann offer comprehensive clinics at the driving range, chipping green, or practice putting green. All scores and on-course competitions are tabulated and checked by skilled professionals while your guests relax in the bar.
Conferences & Seminars
Woodlands provides a professional environment for all conference and seminar requirements. Our large Conference Room and private Board Room both offer wireless internet, built-in data projector, drop-down presentation screen, and access to a private outdoor balcony.
Break-out sessions can include group coaching clinics, putting competitions, or 6 to 9 holes of golf — ideal for keeping your team engaged throughout the day.

Edward Billson’s Masterpiece
Our Edward Billson-designed clubhouse is a masterpiece of “American Prairie” style – understated, elegant, and perfectly integrated into the landscape. First built in 1927 after fire destroyed the original building, it was sensitively modernised in 2010 to offer contemporary facilities while retaining the club’s original charm and atmosphere.
The long shadows of the evening sun across the 18th fairway provide the perfect backdrop for a post-round drink. On a fine day, beverages are served on the expansive terrace overlooking the 18th green. The dining room, with views across the 1st fairway, comfortably seats up to 240 guests.
There is no velvet rope here, no hushed formality. Just warm, welcoming spaces where good company and good food come together naturally.
The Halfway House
“Even our smallest details are steeped in history.”
Modelled after our original 1920s clubhouse, the Halfway House offers high-end refreshments that go far beyond standard golf fare. It’s a place to refuel, regroup, and reflect on the front nine before taking on the challenges ahead. The architecture is a subtle nod to our heritage, a reminder that even the smallest details at Woodlands are considered.

The Members’ Bar
A sociable, friendly space where the noise of a Saturday afternoon is the sound of true community. Cold beer, good wine, familiar faces. It doesn’t need to be anything more than that.

Whether it’s a casual midweek lunch or a post-competition dinner, our dining room offers a relaxed but quality experience. Outstanding catering is available seven days a week, with menus that change seasonally.
