Ethan Cowden – Director of Golf 

   

Ethan has been a member of the Club for 12 years, completed his traineeship at the Club in 2013 and was the assistant teaching professional until the beginning of 2016.  For the past 20 months, Ethan has been Assistant Manager and Head Professional at Yarrambat Park Golf Club.

 




Nathan Condon – 3rd Year Trainee

   
Nathan is joining us from the Warragul Country Club, where he has completed the first 2 years of his PGA Traineeship. Now in his 3rd and final year of the program, he is looking forward to being a full qualified PGA Member in 2018.  




Jayson Davies – Golf Services

   

Jayson began working at Woodlands in mid 2013 as golf shop assistant.  He has worked in the retail industry for several years. He is very passionate about golf and plays off a single figure handicap.

 



Steven Horstmann – PGA Teaching Professional

   

Steve began playing golf as a junior at Highercombe & Riverside Golf Clubs in Adelaide. He moved to Melbourne at the age of 18 when he joined Woodlands, represented the club in junior & senior Pennant and went on to complete a PGA traineeship at Woodlands. After completing his traineeship Steve was determined to follow his dream and joined the Australian PGA Tour where he competed for 6 years before deciding to take on the role of Head Teaching professional at Woodlands.

Teaching Professional – David is PGA Advanced Coach and Australian K-Vest Educational Board Member who is a qualified instructor in a variety of modern golf teaching technologies that he has brought to Woodlands to help improve your game. Systems include; Trackman, Flight Scope, K-Vest Bio mechanic training, SAM Putt Lab & Balance Lab . With 18 years full time coaching experience he is energetic and passionate about coaching and is committed to providing training in a professional manner together with up to date knowledge and the most advanced training equipment and aids.
